The Role
We are looking for a Member Services Assistant for our Hull city centre branch, we are recruiting a full-time member of staff, working 35 hours a week.
Reporting to our Branch Co-Ordinator, you’ll be a valued member of our team and the face of HEY Credit Union for our member-customers. You’ll be supported and trained to develop your skills and knowledge and deliver outstanding service to the people we serve:

Although not essential, experience within a financial services organisation would be an advantage.
